Meet the Owner – Rui Teixeira

The passionate artisan behind Deolinda's Artisans

Rui brings a world of experience and dedication to every baked creation. Rui began by baking for his family and found a passion. He honed his craft in Portugal, attending the prestigious classes of Jose Carlos Santos at  Paderia Dias and in Spain with Diego Marin at Templo PanDemonium. The classes deepened his understanding of traditional baking techniques and innovative flavors.

His journey included training with the renowned Chef Jhoanes at the esteemed Magic Bakery School, where he mastered advanced cake-baking artistry and techniques. Rui’s commitment to quality, creativity, and authenticity is at the heart of Deolinda’s Artisans, delivering baked goods that combine tradition with a personal touch.
